Owner & Operator
I am a carpenter by trade with a love for plying my craft. Since 1999, I’ve built my career in the construction industry, most recently serving as a Senior Superintendent and Lean Field Operations Director at O’Shea Builders.
Now, I’ve stepped into a new chapter as Owner and Operator of Clemens Family Builders, a family‑owned business built on craftsmanship, faith, integrity and trust.
I remain passionate about Lean thinking, elevating field teams and building better processes—now with the added responsibility and passion of guiding my own company.
